Cowgirl Senior Session

As a Senior portrait photographer in Montana for almost 10 years I’ve had the most fun in 2021- I’m looking forward to the Class of 2022 to be a similar experience. Family hikes in the mountains seeing moose & rock chucks, trying to get past a baby black bear on the road after a session, & doing cousin or friends double sessions or even a session with twins! Your senior pictures can be so unique and a whole different experience.

These two lovely students have been friends and first cousins their entire lives, so why not share a senior session? I hadn’t done this before and was only a bit worried… what if I took better images of one senior and not the other? More importantly- what if their images just looked the same and didn’t show off how unique they are?

Well, with both girls loving horsemanship their whole life & living just miles apart, it just made sense for these two to share. We went right into golden hour & blue hour on this late summer day. We shot 15 min each outfit & did a few solo & a few together! We did it all under 2 hours.
