I picked up a camera I knew that photography was something I wanted to pursue, but it seemed scarey. Are you in the same boat? I can help you go from no experience to booking your first client in just a few months. You won’t have to do this the slow way, I can get you up to speed in no time- because I do not want you to have to go through the same difficulties I did as a new photographer. You do need to eventually ‘bite the bullet’ and purchase a camera, a lens, and a laptop with lightroom- that is seriously it though! Not sure what to buy? I’ll clue you in on what exactly you’d need to get started.

Montana Photographer Workshops/ Mentorships available 2024:

1 on 1 Mentorship - March-May 2024. We’d meet over the phone for a consult, via zoom, or in-person, whatever you are comfortable with.

If you own a camera or no camera, we can then chat over coffee or the phone about becoming a photographer more seriously. By asking a few questions I can tailor a custom-made program just for you. Montana Photography Class “Life Flies By Workshop” (with 2 styled shoots): May 18th 2024 3-6 pm, (Tentative)

Location: Judisch Ranch near Ledger, MT- ‘Life flies by’ Workshop is a 3-4 hour beginner/intermediate DSLR class, a hands-on, in-person workshop located at Judisch ranch east of Conrad, MT 21 miles and Southeast of Shelby, MT 18 miles. We shoot outside and will be able to try the best of the best lenses! There will be styled family shoot & a couple shoot to help you establish your portfolio & watch how I direct my subjects.
